Who knew Ruhlman had a blog? I just got his book Charcuterie for my birthday and can't wait to get cooking (curing? smoking?)

I think the Rachael Ray hate has been boosted recently because she's getting really overexposed, what with the magazine, talk show, etc. There's only so much "yummo!" and "EVOO" that people can take!
